What can I read today?
The public library shows the reports currently published. We do not count drafts, planned reports or test records as available member content. New reports become available after editorial review.
How do renewals work?
Annual membership is paid in advance and renews automatically every 12 months unless canceled before renewal. Continuously active founding memberships renew at $249/year, excluding applicable tax. If that membership ends or you switch plans, a later purchase uses the offer available then.
What uses my handoff allowance?
Generating a new uncached execution artifact uses an allowance. Accessing existing shared artifacts or downloading an execution brief does not require a new generation. Creation can be deferred while research providers or their budget are unavailable.
How do I cancel or request a refund?
Cancel renewal through Account billing or contact support@ideasvault.app. Access continues to the paid-through date unless refunded or otherwise ended. Request an initial-payment refund within seven days; see the refund policy for renewals and mandatory consumer rights.
