Terms of Service

IdeasVault is a digital research service operated by Tekky AI Academy LLP (“we”, “us”). These terms apply when you use our website, accounts, reports and related tools. Creating an account or purchasing a membership means you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement.

IdeasVault helps you discover and investigate business opportunities across digital products, physical products, local services and small businesses. Published reports combine source-linked evidence, calculated metrics, analysis and clearly identified assumptions. AI assists research and writing; publication requires editorial approval.

The library shows the content currently available. Report depth varies with the evidence. We may correct, replace or withdraw a report when its evidence or conclusions need attention. A membership does not grant ownership or exclusivity over an idea, nor a guaranteed number of future publications unless explicitly included in your purchase terms.

Provide accurate account information and keep your password and recovery codes secure. Do not share or sell account access. Email verification is required for certain actions. You are responsible for activity you authorize and should notify support@ideasvault.app if you suspect unauthorized use. Your account can be managed or deleted from Account, subject to resolving outstanding billing operations.

The membership page and checkout specify the current price, currency, billing period and included allowances. Our founding membership costs USD $249 annually, excluding applicable tax. It includes full published reports, founder-fit ranking, five active alert rules and ten new handoff generations per calendar month. Existing shared artifacts and execution exports do not require another generation.

The founding rate remains $249 per year while that founding membership stays continuously active. If it ends or you change plans, a later purchase is governed by the offer available at that time. The planned $399 annual standard price applies to future customers; it is not a former price paid by founding members. There is no free trial.

Polar acts as merchant of record for purchases processed through Polar and handles checkout, payment collection and applicable sales tax. Its applicable checkout terms also govern that transaction. Your membership starts when payment is confirmed and access is granted automatically. A sandbox checkout is a test, not a live purchase.

Annual subscriptions are charged in advance and renew automatically every 12 months unless canceled before renewal. Cancel through Account → Manage billing, or contact support for assistance. Ordinary cancellation stops renewal and retains access through the paid period. Deleting your account ends application access immediately and does not itself request a refund.

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy provides a seven-calendar-day refund window for your first subscription payment, as well as guidance for renewals, duplicate charges and service problems. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

Some tools depend on external providers, supported models, usage allowances and available processing budgets. A request may be queued, deferred or fail; the interface will explain its status. No model refusal is silently retried on another model. Generated plans and exports are starting points that require your review. Third-party tools you use with an export have their own terms and charges. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that all features suit every purpose.

Community participation is optional and may be enabled only for selected opportunities. Your chosen community profile and contribution are separate from your private founder-fit profile. Request introductions only for the shared opportunity; be accurate about your contribution, respect declines and blocks, and avoid unsolicited promotion, harassment or requests for sensitive information.

Accepting an introduction authorizes us to share both participants’ verified email addresses with each other. Member statements are self-reported, not endorsements or verified qualifications. “Back”, where enabled, means openness to a conversation, not an investment offer or funding commitment. IdeasVault does not arrange investment terms or move funds between members.

Use the reports and exports for your own evaluation and business planning, including legitimate commercial work. You may not resell the report library, republish substantial reports, bypass access controls, automate abusive extraction, impersonate others or interfere with the service. IdeasVault’s product content and design remain ours or our licensors’. Source excerpts retain their owners’ rights and attribution requirements. You retain ownership of your submitted notes and profile information; you permit us to process it to provide your selected features.

Research is informational, not individualized financial, investment, legal, tax or professional advice. Sources and AI-assisted analysis can be incomplete or wrong, and market conditions change. Validate important assumptions and obtain professional advice when appropriate. Scores are comparison aids, not probabilities of success. We do not guarantee revenue, funding or any business outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities arising from your reliance on the service. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid for it in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer remedies.

We may restrict access for abuse, security concerns, nonpayment or legal obligations. We will give an explanation or notice where practical and lawful. Contact support if you believe an action was mistaken. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service or the account email; applicable purchased terms and mandatory rights will be respected.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and any court or forum you are entitled to use under applicable law, disputes fall under the competent courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
